Welcome to ClickCurb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClickCurb platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ClickCurb is a B2B SaaS platform that provides AI-powered Ad spend optimization, campaign analytics, and automated bot-IP blocking for Google Ads and Meta Ads. To provide these services, ClickCurb integrates with third-party APIs using OAuth authentication.

2. Account Registration and API Access

By connecting your Google Ads or Meta Ads account to ClickCurb, you explicitly grant us permission to:

• Fetch, read, and analyze your advertising campaign data.
• Modify campaign settings, including applying budget adjustments, pausing campaigns, and updating IP exclusion lists to automatically block fraudulent traffic and bots.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ClickCurb account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Third-Party Terms Compliance

Our Service relies on the Google Ads API and Meta Graph API. Your use of ClickCurb is also subject to the following third-party terms:

ClickCurb is an independent platform and is not officially endorsed or sponsored by Google or Meta.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Ad Spend

ClickCurb charges a subscription fee for the use of our optimization platform.Important: We are not responsible for your actual advertising spend. All payments made to Google Ads or Meta Ads are billed directly by those platforms. ClickCurb AI recommendations are provided "as-is", and while our bot-blocking algorithms strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee specific financial returns or ROAS.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClickCurb be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any modifications made to your ad campaigns by our automated systems.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we will revoke all stored OAuth tokens.
