Instructions for removing your data from ClickCurb.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

If you wish to completely remove your account and all associated data from ClickCurb, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ClickCurb Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Settings page.
  3. Go to the Profile Settings tab.
  4. Click on the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Confirm your action.

Revoking Meta / Google Access

If you only want to disconnect your ad accounts without deleting your ClickCurb account:

  • For Meta (Facebook): Go to your Facebook Settings > Security and Login > Business Integrations, and remove ClickCurb AI.
  • For Google: Go to your Google Account Security Settings > Third-party apps with account access, and remove ClickCurb AI.

Manual Request

Alternatively, you can email us at support@clickcurb.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and securely delete your data within 48 hours.
